Brett-March 16, 2009

The weather this week has been pretty crazy. The week started out in the 90's and ended with four days in the 30's and three of those days it rained all day. Luckily it's nice and warm again this week. This week was pretty successful. The rain and the cold slowed up our finding efforts a little bit but we worked through it. We still had a couple investigators at church. Hopefully we're going to see some baptisms pretty soon here. The niece of one of the families in our branch came with them to church. She's catholic and from Mexico and doesn't really speak any English. We're going to start teaching her tonight. She's going to be staying with them for about 6 months so I'm really excited about that. A lot of the members in our branch don't speak English so this week we're fixing to start an English class. A lot of the members and some of their friends are wanting to learn. Hopefully we'll be able to pick up some investigators from it. The MTC is supposed to be sending us some materials today so that we can start teaching. I'm way excited!! Well the time is still flying by. It's week six of the transfer already. I can't believe that transfers are coming up next week already. I guess time flys when you're having fun. Well I love y'all. Hope you're having a great week.
